Dawn has been a life-saver for me. I was building a house in Wisconsin while living 16 hours away in South Carolina. I already had a house plan and builder when I met Dawn at one of her parade homes. Her personality, home ideas, and decorating style greatly resonated with me so I hired her as a consultant to help me with selections for my new house.

I had no idea where to go, who to see, or where to start. Living so far away and being unfamiliar with the Madison area made it especially challenging. Dawn was very organized. She set up numerous appointments with several vendors. We made tremendous progress after one week, beginning with the color scheme and continuing to the flooring, cabinets, and counter tops. Dawn’s ideas and suggestions blended so well with mine that the process went very smoothly with no wasted time. It was actually fun!

There is simply no way I could have accomplished it on my own in such a short amount of time. The help I received from Dawn and her contacts was absolutely priceless! I felt like a ball and chain had been removed. And, I was finally able to start sleeping soundly again with lowered blood pressure and less
stress. Needless to say, I am SO very grateful for everything Dawn has done. Her listening skills, strong work ethic, and fantastic ideas make her a rare gem. I give her my highest recommendation!

It was a pleasure working with Dawn and her craftsmen. We moved on February 1st and with the supply chain issues of the day, it was not an easy task getting us in by our deadline. The builder (CLE Consulting LLC) was very knowledgeable in all aspects of home construction, likely a result of several years of experience in the industry.
The most notable attribute was that the company had a team approach for the project; each member of the team specialized in certain areas of construction, effectively communicated and exchanged information with others including myself, resulting in seamless execution of duties.
